What we collect

• Orders: name, contact details, delivery address and order contents — processed by our shop platform Shopify when you buy something.
• Booking enquiries: the details you submit in our party enquiry form (name, email, event details) so we can reply.
• Technical data: standard connection data our hosting provider records to run the site securely.
• Cookies & storage: we only use functional cookies/storage that the site needs to work (e.g. keeping you signed in to the admin area and remembering your cart). No advertising or tracking cookies.

Why (our legal basis)

• To fulfil your order or answer your enquiry — contract.
• To run and secure the website — legitimate interests.
• Where we ask first (e.g. an optional newsletter, if we ever add one) — consent, and you can withdraw it any time.

Who we share it with

Only the providers the site needs to function: Shopify (shop, checkout and payment processing), Lovable (hosting and email delivery), and the payment providers available at checkout. They process data on our behalf and only as needed.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Booking enquiries are deleted once they've been handled, and in any case within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK: the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk). Write to dizze@dizzedisko.com and we will sort it.
