1. Who you're buying from

2. Orders and payment

You order through our shop; checkout and payment run on Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The contract is formed when we accept your order — that happens when we dispatch it or confirm shipment, whichever comes first.

3. Delivery

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay. Delivery is complete once the goods are handed to the carrier.

4. 14-day returns — your cancellation right

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive the goods — no reason needed. To cancel, tell us at dizze@dizzedisko.com (a clear statement is enough). Send the goods back within 14 days of cancelling, to the address we give you. Return postage is at your cost.

We refund what you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We can reduce the refund if the goods have lost value through handling beyond what's needed to check them. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have any tags attached.

5. Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights beyond the 14-day window. Tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

6. Events and party bookings

Ticket sales and party bookings are confirmed in writing, with refund and transfer terms stated at the time of booking.

7. The rest

Scots law applies. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. See also our privacy notice and legal notice.
