Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our headquarters in Munich, Germany. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times We currently ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

UK Orders Please note that orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
